Tropical System in Bay of Bengal

The Low Pressure Area that was over the South Andaman Sea has migrated westward into the Southeast Bay of Bengal and has intensified marginally.
Marginal rotations with deep convection sheared northwest of the system center can be seen in a multispectral satellite animation.
It’s about 1300 kilometers southeast of Vishakhapatnam, India. Due to moderate to high wind shear countered by superb westward outflow aloft, upper-level research indicates that the system is currently in a slightly favourable environment. Supported by a favorable SST (29-30°C) and a few other atmospheric parameters.Due to the aforementioned factors, it is possible that it will worsen into a Depression during the next 24 hours.

Then, by 3/4 December, it might strengthen into a Deep Depression or a minimum CS(65kph) over the West Central Bay of Bengal.
The average maximum wind speed within a 50-kilometer radius of the low-level core is 30 km/h. Gusts of up to 40 km/h are possible.
It has been moving westward at a speed of 25 kilometers per hour for the past 6 hours.
It could proceed WNW/NW towards the North AP Shore until the 3rd of December, then recurve NNE/NE towards West Bengal by touching/crossing the Odisha coast.

warning

By the fourth and fifth of December, the coasts of North Andhra Pradesh and Odisha may be subjected to 50-60 kph winds with gusts up to 75 kph. Then, 40-50 kph winds with gusts up to 65 kph could hit West Bengal and South West Bangladesh.Fishermen and small boats are asked to avoid the Central, West Central, NW Bay of Bengal, and surrounding areas for the next four days. Everyone should postpone all deep water cruise plans over the next four days, as the System Track is approaching.
At this time, anyone venturing into the deep sea should stay near to the coast or avoid the dangerous area described below.
